Consultation & Care Assessment:
At Bear Creek Lodge our staff members strive to meet the varying needs of each resident - physical, medical, social, emotional, spiritual and intellectual - in order to provide every resident with the highest quality of life.
Our director of care in consultation with the resident's physician, social worker and family members assess the level of care to be administered by our professional 24hr care staff.
The staff at Bear Creek Lodge hold regular team meetings and care conferences to re-evaluate the changing needs of each individual resident on a regular basis to ensure that the best possible care is provided. Bear Creek Lodge is a facility where residents can live comfortabley even when the needs of every day life change.

Levels of Care Provided - Care Assessment falls into one of our four care levels:
- Congregate Living is provided for residents needing assistance
with the daily activities of life.
- Care levels I, II and III are for residents who require
long term professional care
- Respite Care is for short term stays, providing care for seniors and a
break for regular caregivers.
The following services are provided with Congregate Care and Intermediate Care Levels:
- Personal Care including administering of medication by a Registered Nurse
- 24 hr Professional Nursing staff
- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- Meal Service including tea times with snacks
- Bathing as required
- Laundry & House keeping services
- Linen supply an bed change.
- Dry cleaning services
- 24 hr security
- Supervised outings & activities
- Arranged Transportation for Appointments and Outings
- On call Pharmacy, Physiotherapist, Dentist & Podiatrist
- In house hairdresser
- Recreational Facilities
- Religious services
- Close to transit, shopping and much more
